Stamp Atlas
Every number in this atlas is an aggregate, computed from the photographed albums. No prices, no locations, no scans of modern designs — and no picture of any real stamp, ever. Where something is not yet known, it says so.
Method
Photograph once, preserve forever, reprocess forever. A machine's reading is a candidate until a person confirms it; both are kept. A stamp is counted under the issuer whose name is printed on it, in the year it was issued — Ceylon stays Ceylon. Every story on a stamp's page is built from listed facts and nothing else; guesses are marked as guesses, and where the atlas cannot say something honestly, it says nothing and shows you the gap.
